Today was a scheduled transition day before we move to a new region and new families.
We explored the historic (known for cheese) city of Alkmaar. There was a vibrant market that had various vendors of cheese, raw herring, fries with peanut sauce,....and yes .....warm stroopwafels....hmmm...
